are orders delayed due to COVID-19?

absolutely not! we are still actively selling products and shipping them same day (if ordered before 3pm PST). all orders are delivered in 3 days or less, anything more than that we will provide you with 30% off your next order. any orders over $25 come with free 3-day shipping. we want to assure you that we’re taking all necessary steps in order to keep our customers and our team safe from COVID-19. all orders are fully sanitized before being shipped (inside of box). 

return policy 

we want all of our customers happy with using vibe products. we offer returns on any products up to 30 days after purchase. to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.   if it has been over 30 days, please email vibebodycare@gmail.com and we will handle it. not happy with vibe? tell us why! we want to make our customers as happy as possible and are continuing to update and grow our products to the highest quality on the market.

shipping policy

we want to ship our products to our great customers in 3 days and no less, if your order takes any longer than 3 days please contact us and we will offer 30% off of your next order. any orders over $25 automatically have free 3-day shipping. if your order is under $25, we offer 3-day shipping for only $2.99 per order. want your order next day? pay $6 and we will have it there overnight. we want you using the products right away!

refund policy (if applicable)

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
