are orders delayed due to COVID-19?
absolutely not! we are still actively selling products and shipping them same day (if ordered before 3pm PST). all orders are delivered in 3 days or less, anything more than that we will provide you with 30% off your next order. any orders over $25 come with free 3-day shipping. we want to assure you that we’re taking all necessary steps in order to keep our customers and our team safe from COVID-19. all orders are fully sanitized before being shipped (inside of box).
what if I have not received my order after i’ve purchased?
we sincerely apologize if you have not received an order that you purchased through us. we try our best to never allow situations similar to this take place, if you ever experience this please send an email to customerservice@vibebodycare.com or call us at (909)360-3816. we will get you covered and taken care of!
subscription policy
your product/bundle subscription will be automatically renewed every month. by agreeing to a subscription you will receive monthly email updates on your subscription being renewed, as well as if there is an issue with billing for that monthly cycle. please read over each email update carefully as we provide steps in order to cancel your subscription plan if needed. subscriptions may be cancelled at anytime. if you would like to cancel your subscription, you can use the cancellation link in your email or you can contact us with your order number : customerservice@vibebodycare.com
we want all of our customers happy with using vibe products. we offer returns on any products up to 30 days after purchase. to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. if it has been over 30 days, please email customerservice@vibebodycare.com and we will handle it. not happy with vibe? tell us why! we want to make our customers as happy as possible and are continuing to update and grow our products to the highest quality on the market.

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
